Ongoing Projects
Children's Book
Aetos Dios decided to write a children's book for kids in elementary school. It is currently in the process of being written.
Ronald McDonald House
Aetos Dios decided to start collecting tabs from cans to donate to the Ronald McDonald House. The Ronald McDonald House is a nonprofit that helps families that have children in hospitals by giving them housing near the hospital.

Downtown Scarecrow Festival
The Downtown Scarecrow Festival is a festival hosted by Manchester, CT. The festival has a scarecrow contest in which scarecrows are submitted and judged. This year is the fifth year Aetos Dios has submitted a scarecrow.

FIRST Warehouse Clean Out
Aetos Dios cleaned out the NE FIRST warehouse with teams 7127 and 6933 to make space for the equipment for the new game of 2020.

Reach For The Stars
Aetos Dios attends a yearly event at Saint Joseph University for childhood cancer survivors. There they let people drive the robot and make custom buttons for them.

The Four Town Fair is a pop up fair for some family fun. Our team participated in a display competition representing our team. And won first place!

Project Linus
Aetos Dios volunteers from time to time at The Project Linus Club at South Windsor Library. This club makes tied blankets for an organization called Project Linus. Project Linus donates homemade blankets to children in need across the country.

Cruisin' on Main Street
Cruisin' on Main St is an annual event in Downtown Manchester that our team took part in this year. Demonstrating our robot and playing games with the passing viewers.
Summer of 2020
3D Printed Masks
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been making masks using our 3D printers. Those masks are then given to Dr. Wiles who distributes them to healthcare workers through New England. Check out the article about this at FOX 61.
